DJ Jason had a fantastic time during the reception for this Emerald Lake Golf Club wedding in Matthews, NC. Malisa and Joshua chose shades of blue, grey, gold and neutrals to decorate the reception space.

First Dances

One of our favorite parts of the wedding reception is the first dance. Joshua and Malisa chose the song “Northern Wind” by City and Colour for their first dance as husband and wife. Next, Malisa danced with her father to “Yellow” by Coldplay. Then, Joshua danced with his mom to “Humble and Kind” by Tim McGraw. Finally, once the first dances were complete, DJ Jason got everyone out on the dance floor. Joshua and Malisa loved dancing to a variety of music from country and classic rock to Top 40 and Hip Hop.
