K2Productions Weddings has created perfectly designed wedding packages to best meet each client’s specific needs. Our Reception Packages include DJ/MC and music for your wedding reception only, while our Wedding Day packages include DJ/MC and music for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Wedding DJ Q&A

Will my DJ make announcements?

Yes, all of our DJ’s are also professional Masters of Ceremonies. They will make announcements throughout the evening based on your requests.

What type of music do you play?

We will play any type of music you request, except music with explicit lyrics. If we don’t have a song that you want, we will make every effort to get it. You will have access to our online planning forms where you can customize your songs selections.

Will I get to meet my DJ?

Yes, all DJ packages come with a consultation with your DJ to go over all of the information on your planning forms. We are all about pre-planning and want to make sure all the details are discussed before the day of your wedding.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry commercial general liability insurance.

How do I reserve my date?

Once you decide you are ready to book, we will send you a contract and your date will be on hold. We just need your signed contract and deposit to officially book the date. The deposit for all packages is $500.

When is my final payment due?

Final payments are due 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Do I tip my DJ?

We do not require a tip as part of our contract. However, if you love your DJ and they do a great job it is customary to give a tip. A 10%-20% tip is generally recommended, but this is totally up to you!

Can I combine services?

Absolutely! Two of our most popular packages are our Ultimate Wedding Day and Ultimate Reception packages which combine all three of our services: DJ, Videography and Lighting. The Ultimate packages are client favorites because they include a savings of $275-$425!
